Last updated September 30, 2025
Thank you for your interest in joining YIKIADA Co-Creator Plan. We look forward to collaborating with you to create high-quality content. Please see below for more information on our co-creator plan policy.
Content Commercial Use Authorization Rules
- Any videos (duration ≥ 15 seconds, clear images without watermarks), images (resolution ≥ 1080P, no infringing elements), and texts (originality ≥ 80%) uploaded by co-creators through the program's exclusive channel shall be deemed as granting YIKIADA permanent, free, and non-exclusive commercial use rights upon submission.
- YIKIADA may use the aforementioned content for commercial scenarios such as product detail page display, social media promotion (e.g., Facebook, X platforms), and official website event promotion, without the need to pay additional fees to co-creators.
- Co-creators shall ensure that the uploaded content is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties (such as portrait rights and copyrights). In case of disputes arising from content infringement, the co-creator shall bear full responsibility, and the independent site has the right to terminate the cooperation and recover the relevant losses incurred
Co-Creator Eligibility Criteria
- Be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct; corporate or institutional co-creators shall provide legally valid business licenses and other qualification certificates.
- Agree to the terms of this program policy, be willing to cooperate with the YIKIADA in completing content review, adjustment, and other cooperation processes, and have no bad cooperation records such as malicious marketing or infringement.
Content Creation and Review Process
- The content theme shall focus on the products of YIKIADA, which may include product usage reviews, scenario-based displays, matching suggestions, and usage tips sharing. The content shall be true and objective, and shall not exaggerate product functions or conduct false promotion.
- Video content shall have stable images and clear sound, without vulgar, violent, illegal, or non-compliant information; images shall truly reflect the appearance and details of the products, without excessive retouching that leads to significant differences from the actual products; text content shall be fluent in language, clear in logic, and free of typos and sensitive words.
- YIKIADA will establish a dedicated review team to complete the review within 3 working days after the co-creator uploads the content. The content that passes the review will be included in the independent site's content library and put into commercial use; for content that fails the review, specific revision suggestions will be provided, and the co-creator may revise and resubmit the content.

Cooperation Termination Exceptions
- Uploads infringing, false, or illegal content;
- Falsifies data (e.g., artificial inflation of content playback volume) to defraud rewards;
- Discloses the independent site’s commercial secrets (e.g., undisclosed product launch plans, cooperation data);
- Violates this policy or the "Cooperative Creation Agreement" and refuses to correct after notification.
For cooperation disputes, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction in the store’s location.
Other Program Rules
This policy takes effect on the date of issuance. The independent site may adjust the policy (including reward rules) based on business needs.
In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure affecting content creation), co-creators shall contact the program team in a timely manner to discuss solutions.
