Payment Terms Policy

1. General Payment Terms
- Applicable Scope: This policy applies to all orders of aluminum nameplates, thermal labels, adhesive labels, and custom industrial identification products placed via YIKIADA official website or direct business channels.
- Currency: All transactions are settled in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Deadlines:
- All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
- For special or customized orders, payment shall be made within the timeframe mutually agreed by both parties in writing.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- For wire transfers or other alternative payment methods, please contact us for further details and arrangements.
Fee Notice
We cover the 2% transaction processing fee for all orders. However, any additional fees charged directly by PayPal or card issuers to the payer (e.g., currency conversion fees, cross-border fees) shall be borne by the payer.
3. Order Confirmation & Production

Custom Inquiry Quotations: A quotation provided in response to a request for a customised quote, containing detailed pricing, validity information and payment instructions.

Shopify Store Orders: For orders placed directly via our Shopify store, we will process them following payment confirmation, subject to current stock availability.
We will not commence processing an order until we have received the following:- Full payment for the order
- Finalised design files, specifications or customer approval (if the order is for a bespoke product).
- Customized Products: For custom-printed, special-sized, or bespoke products (whether from Shopify orders or custom inquiries), sample confirmation is required before mass production. Any design changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs and extended lead times.
4. Late Payments & Order Delays
- If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to delay shipment until full payment is settled.
- If payment is overdue for more than 15 days, we may suspend production without liability for delays.
- If payment is overdue for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any partial payment received will be retained to cover material and production costs.
5. Refund & Payment Adjustments

Customized Orders:

Orders canceled before production starts: 100% refund of the full payment (minus any bank transfer or payment gateway fees).

Orders canceled during production: Refund of the unproduced portion, with 30% of the payment retained as compensation for material and labor costs.

Standard (Non-customized) Orders:

Orders canceled before shipment: 100% refund of the full payment (minus any bank transfer or payment gateway fees). No production-related deductions apply.

Post-production / Post-shipment Issues

For confirmed quality issues: We will offer a full refund, free re-production, or a partial refund (as mutually agreed).

For customer-initiated returns (non-quality issues): Refunds are handled per our Return Policy.

Overpayments
Any overpayment will be refunded to the original payment account within 7 business days after verification.

This policy is publicly accessible via a link at the bottom of our Shopify store, clearly outlines all payment procedures, fees, and refund rules, and complies with applicable consumer protection laws and payment industry standards.
